MyDoc Health Passport
MyDoc is giving you peace of mind during your travels through a virtual care solution that will provide you access to virtual consultations, medication, and delivery in the event that you test positive for COVID-19 on the ground or have any other health concerns while travelling.
Registering for the service will allow you and your family members to speak with a locally licensed doctor and/or a home-based doctor as a first touchpoint, right from your mobile device or desktop. The service can be used while travelling in the following locations: Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

- For Japan Only: Customers will be connected to a HK doctor for virtual consultation
- Referrals to a second consultation, if required, are subject to the operating hours of local clinics.
- Prescription medication can only be prescribed by a locally registered doctor. If you choose to connect with a Vietnam doctor as a first touch point, you will require a second consultation (with a local English-speaking doctor) at no additional charge in order to receive a valid prescription. In all locations, medication is subjected to availability and is dispensed at the discretion of the local pharmacists.
